RAVEN HOUSING TRUST

Having successful won a five-year re-roofing framework with Raven Housing Trust, Stoic Roofing & Construction is responsible for the replacement of pitched roofs across the trust’s residential properties. The framework involves replacing roofs on approximately 100 properties annually. Alongside roof replacements, the work includes insulation upgrades, chimney removals, asbestos removal, and the replacement of fascias, soffits, and rainwater goods.

The framework which started in September 2019, demands careful coordination across multiple sites to minimise disruption for residents. The presence of asbestos in older buildings necessitated strict health and safety protocols. Stoic Roofing’s approach to phased works, combined with effective communication with the trust and residents, ensures the project adheres to tight timelines while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

To date, hundreds of properties have benefited from improved roofing systems under this framework. The new roofs deliver enhanced energy efficiency, safety, and long-term durability. The Raven Housing Trust framework continues to provide significant improvements to the housing, with Stoic Roofing on course to meet all contractual obligations within the specified timeframe.
