Manufacturer: Natural Welsh Slate

Works included erecting a temporary roof, stripping off the existing slates and battens, recovering the roof with new welsh slates, installing new loft insulation, renewing all flat and lead roof sections and re-rendering all chimney stacks.

Manufacturer: Alumasc and SSQ

Pitched and flat roofing works. Replacement of slate and asbestos roof coverings to pitched roofs and a flame free bituminous overlay to the flat roofs including replacement roof lights and lead valleys.

HIGH STORRS SCHOOL, CLOCK TOWER REFURB

Client: Minerva Learning Trust

The initial stages of the project involved completely stripping the old, damaged lead and applying a durable new lead overlay to this Grade II Listed Building.

Strip and application of a pitched roof at a care facility. Our client, a care home facility accommodating elderly residents, faced the challenge of an ageing, deteriorating pitched roof.

LEICESTER HOUSING FRAMEWORK

Leicester, Leicestershire

Stoic Roofing & Construction have secured the pitched roofing framework for Leicester City Council and are assisting in delivering over 400 properties over the 4 year framework. The total value of the framework is due to be in the region of £3m.

FELT ROOFING AND LEAD WORK

Boscastle Road, Highgate, North West London

Replacement roof with high performance bituminous felt roof. We also replaced twelve decorative lead welded dormers and a mansard slated roof.

RAVEN HOUSING TRUST FRAMEWORK

Surrey

Stoic Roofing & Construction have secured the 5 year re-roofing framework for Raven Housing Trust. Stoic will work closely with Raven Housing to deliver re-roofing projects to around 300 properties and assist with further reactive maintenance duties.

ASBESTOS REMOVAL

AND RE-ROOFING

Russells Ride, Waltham Cross, Hertfordshire

Re-roofed forty properties for Aldwyck Housing Association. Asbestos removal was also required at every house including safe removal of AIB soffits.
