Stoic Roofing & Construction was appointed to deliver a major roofing and thermal upgrade project at a school in London, covering 10,000sqm of roof area. The works included the replacement of 78 roof lights, installation of all rainwater goods, and the reinstatement of lightning protection systems.
 

The project also involved careful removal and reinstatement of M&E services, all carried out in a live school environment. Works were meticulously planned and executed to ensure safety and minimise disruption to staff and pupils, with strict health and safety procedures and controlled access zones in place throughout.
 

Delivered on time and to a high standard, the project enhanced the building’s thermal efficiency, provided durable, weather-resistant roofing, and ensured all associated systems were fully reinstated.
