WORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL

Stoic Roofing & Construction has been appointed to carry out the demolition and reconstruction of a stand alone teaching block at Worth Primary School.

 

Access to the block was prohibited by the location of the main school playground, therefore particular care was needed to manage the logistics of running the site, with the demolition phase needing to be done out of school time, and all materials needed to be complete the superstructure bought into the compound during non-teaching times to ensure the playground use was uninterrupted.

 

Internally works included the installation of a small kitchen area, a fully DDA-compliant toilet suite and the fitting of air condition to the main teaching space, to ensure the thermal comfort of the students
